We are Pam & Darrell Fitterer, and this is our story of how Burstall Fuels came to be.

Darrell's job brought us to the little town of Burstall, Saskatchewan in 2008.  Burstall is a beautiful small town with a population of about 300 people. Darrell grew up in Kindersley, SK, I grew up in Saskatoon, SK.  Previous to being the owners of Burstall Fuels, I was in the restaurant business for a short time & worked in the corporate industry for 11 years.  Darrell continues to work in the Gas Industry in and around the area.  His working hobby is; creating more horsepower, doing custom builds on motorcycles & restoring cars, and building Hot Rods.  His love of vehicles & motor sports has always been his passion. He is a race enthusiast & has spent much of his years achieving success on the racetrack. We both ride motorcycles, enjoy sledding & quadding throughout the seasons. 

 

Darrell & I had wanted our own little place when we first moved here. You know, a cute little place with an inviting atmosphere, fresh baking, great coffee, and an interesting décor that would create conversation amongst our guests.

 

I have always had a love for art of all kinds, I love one-of-kind, unique & unusual, and obviously antiques & collectibles.  I enjoy cooking, baking and time spent with Mother Nature while tending my various flowers & gardens.  We both love to restore old things and take pleasure in seeing something old given new life. It is very gratifying.

 

We both have a love for antiques and history of all kinds and appreciate how things have stood the test the time, the craftsmanship that went into making them & want to share them with others. These are the things that brought us to where we are today.

 

We purchased the old gas station in Burstall, revived & restored an old building that had not been in use for many years, we added life and a beautiful store to share with others. It has been a labour of love that can be seen from both outside & within the walls of what once was an old building. We continue to offer 24/7 pay at the pump Gas & Diesel as well as Gas Station convenience. We sell the basics you would expect and offer homemade ready to go snacks and treats. You never know what will be on the snack menu from one day to the next. The everchanging Antique & Collectibles portion of the store has many wonderful, interesting things to see and buy. We are all about supporting small business, bringing the best of homemade, handmade all-natural products to our customers. We consign for many talented people, bringing their art & products to you.
